Bootcamp, Cardio Boxing and Strongman have six week sessions, followed by a two week break before starting up again. We do our best to ensure these schedules are always posted on the website, social media and in the gym.

We can prorate the pricing for the classes if you have already missed some or can only make certain days of the week!
